Road Trip to Riley...

Today was Blake's first ever helicopter ride! Blake was life flighted to Riley's Hospital for Children and did wonderful! We made the drive to Indy, sweating bullets the whole time! ( I think we were more nervous than Blake was) We arrived to the hospital in a little over 3 1/2 hours and immediately were introduced to Dr. Rouse and his associates. (The Surgeons!) Blake went through his first procedure which was to place a pin rose drain into his abdomen in hopes that it will drain the blood from his belly. Blake tolerated it well and we hope for the best.
