Saying Goodbye to Nakedness...
And Hello to Clothes!!
Today Blake was finally big enough he can start to wear preemie clothes!! We were so excited! This is one step closer to getting into a crib and out of his "box" isollete! They look for a few things before allowing a baby to wear clothes- #1 being over 1500 grams (3lbs 7oz) consistently and prove the baby is gaining weight...and #2 the baby has to be able to maintain their temperature. Blake checked both of these things off his list today and actually is almost too BIG for the onesie we picked out for him to wear!!
Daddy got to hold Blake again today,
but this time Daddy was looking a little funny in his gown/dress!
But no worries Blake loves his Daddy no matter what!
Mommy got her turn too, and gave Blake LOTS of kisses!
Mommy was super excited to see Blake in his cute monkey outfit!!
Now Blake is all wrapped up in his snugglie and we are keeping our fingers crossed his temperature will maintain so he can continue to wear clothes and hopefully soon be placed in a crib!! GO BLAKE GO!
Can't wait to get back home just so I can come see this little guy, that's not so little any more! He's so cute in his monkeys! Love you all, will be up there soon!
